1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, manuals, and packaging must be intact
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable products
  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, opened cosmetics)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards and downloadable software


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status:

  • Approved Refunds: Credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Partial Refunds: Applicable for products with minor issues not caused by us
  • Rejected Returns: Items not meeting return criteria will be sent back at your expense
  • Note :– 

  • If the refund processing time is up to 5 working days, you must wait until the end of 5th working day for a refund update.working day exclude bank holidays.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used for placing the order.


3. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered items

To request an exchange, please email support@everneeds.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Replacement Delivery Timeline:
Approved replacement orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered return packages


5. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, email us at support@everneeds.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos (for damaged or defective products)

Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your payment provider for processing updates
